Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

When purchasing through our webshop, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product. To exercise this right, please contact us at ddonemarketing@gmail.com within this period and include your order number.

After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, with all original labels and in its original packaging.

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would in a physical store), we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation amount from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within a few days at ddonemarketing@gmail.com with a clear photo and your order number.

While you are legally allowed to submit a complaint within two months after discovering a defect, we recommend reporting any damage as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If your complaint is justified, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund. If necessary, we will provide a return label or further instructions.

Exceptions to Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene products with opened packaging

  • Perishable goods (such as food or snacks)

  • Products that are no longer resaleable due to use

  • Discounted items and gift cards, unless defective

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note: It may take several days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
